Recovery takes courage, and choosing the right environment to support your sobriety is one of the most significant decisions you’ll make. If you’re looking for a place where you can focus on rebuilding your life with the accountability and structure that makes lasting change possible, you’ve found it. Getting sober was the first step; staying sober and creating a life you’re proud of requires the right foundation, and that’s exactly what we provide.

Sober Living North Texas is a men’s recovery home designed for guys who are serious about their sobriety and ready to do the work. We’re not a treatment center or a crash pad. We’re a structured, supportive community where men in recovery hold each other accountable, celebrate victories together, and build the skills they need for long-term success. Located in the heart of North Texas’s most opportunity-rich community, our Frisco home gives you access to employment, recovery resources, and a network of men who understand exactly what you’re going through.

Located in West Frisco, this home gives the men who stay here plenty of room to be on their own and lots of space to be together. We also have a home in East Frisco.

Frequently asked questions

How much does sober living cost?

Our monthly rates range from $1,200 to $2,000, depending on the specific home and accommodation type. We believe in transparent pricing, so you know exactly what to expect before making your decision. Contact us for current availability and specific pricing for our locations.

Is Frisco West only for men?

Yes, the Frisco West home serves men only. We’ve found that gender-specific recovery housing creates stronger peer support and allows men to focus on their recovery without distraction. If you’re looking for women’s sober living in the Frisco area, we have a home in Little Elm close to Frisco.

How long is the typical stay?

There’s no required length of stay, but most guys benefit from at least 90 days to establish solid habits and routines. Some stay several months, others remain for a year or more while they build savings and stability. You stay as long as sober living serves your recovery journey.

What are the house rules I need to follow?

All residents must maintain complete sobriety (verified through regular drug testing), attend recovery meetings or programming, contribute to household chores, respect curfew guidelines, actively pursue employment or education, and treat housemates with respect. These aren’t arbitrary rules—they’re the structure that makes recovery sustainable.

Can my family visit?

Yes, within reasonable guidelines. We encourage healthy family connections as part of recovery, and we can arrange appropriate visiting times. We’ll discuss our visitor policies during your intake so everyone knows what to expect.
